This one is actually a fairly recent discovery for me as well, I believe I found it linked off of AX Geek. Blogger is another one of those sites that tend to drive me nuts, but content is what really makes a site, and Helmut has it.

This site is also a bit on the developer orientated side, however Helmut updates it fairly often and has well written posts. I personally enjoy going back to it and encourage everyone to check his site out. The site was really only hit in the design area. Blogger is just a format that either annoys are can be unreliable.
